4 Lecture/Practice Hours
The holidays can, for clients, be ‘the best of times and the worst of times.” With varied histories of family dynamics, the pressures of actual and perceived expectations, and the change in patterns for individuals, couples and families, we can support our clients with ways to help them easily and gracefully move through the ‘celebratory’ season. Giving them tools to enhance their health and well-being can make them ‘merry and bright”.
As one year finishes and another begins, we can also support our clients in developing and managing resolutions realistically and successfully, helping them to overcome obstacles and greet the new year with greater optimism and enthusiasm. We will cover:
- Self support and preparation
- Breaking patterns before they start
- “Letting Go” for family legacies
- Dealing with ‘hiccups’
- Organization &Motivation
- Stress and stress-related habits
- Developing priorities for resolutions
- Techniques to bring success to new directions
You’ll be led in this half-day intensive by Certified Instructor and Consulting Hypnotist Jennifer Norris-Nielsen. With over 12 years of therapeutic experience, Jennifer brings her deep understanding of hypnotherapy to help families in times of high stress. Join us for this timely and seasonal subject.
