Habits

There are many habits, both ‘good’ and ‘bad’ that we have in our life. Habits are just automatic responses that we follow through practice and exposure. Brushing your teeth may be a ‘good’ habit for oral hygiene, yet it’s still a habit. It’s something that’s automatic and has become a routine that rests in the subconscious mind.

Some of the habits that may not be serving us any more, or may be hurting us mentally, physically, emotionally or in our relationships we label ‘bad’.
